联机模式：先说一下服务器，现在SAMP的服务器支持的联段弊哗机工具可能是不同的，具体还是需要你自己去核实。而SAMP主要的联机模式如下：
RP服：专业的RP服，具体玩法和GTAOL很相似，但是需要很多的/指令去达成一些事情，需要记忆一些指令才能更好的游戏。部分服务器支持捐助来得到更好的道具，也就是俗称的大爷服务器。RP服务器主打真实玩法，比如车需要加油、你需要上班、真实的时间等等。还可以买房买车。
真正专业的RP服务器是禁止NO RP行为的，比如你做出不符合真实世界所属的行为就会被GM判定为NO RP而踢出服务器，严重的可能会被BAN。举个例子：当你要推车的时候你必须输入“/me 正使出全身力气努力推车。”才可以，直接去推就是NO RP行为
半RP服：和RP的大致玩法相同，但是卜拆更加自由，不会有输入/me 的设定，只要不作弊、车杀和挂机堵门，基本上不会被判定违规。
自由服：性质完全自由的服务器，你可以在服务器内输入指令传送、刷车、刷武器等。基本玩法就是漫无目的的闲逛或者使用指令发起赛车、DM(枪战)、任务等差事。高级点的自由服会像GTAOL那样在开始差事后只剩你和玩差事的人。
